Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Digital Items
All store purchases (VIP kits, cosmetics, resource packs, etc.) are digital goods delivered in-game. Once an item has been delivered to your Steam account, it cannot be reversed. Please verify your Steam ID before completing checkout.
When Refunds Are Possible
We may issue a refund if: (1) the item was never delivered due to a technical error on our side, (2) you purchased the wrong item and contact us before delivery, or (3) there was a duplicate charge. Refunds are at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available after in-game delivery, for banned accounts, or if you no longer wish to play on the server. Changing your mind does not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via Discord or the Contact Us page. Include your Steam ID, the item purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within a few days.
