Help us improve RUSTUGA by reporting bugs you encounter. Your reports help make the server better for everyone.

What to Include

When reporting a bug, please include: a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, what you expected vs. what actually happened, and your in-game name or Steam ID. Screenshots or short video clips are very helpful.

Where to Report

Use the #bug-reports channel in our Discord server. Our development team monitors this channel and will acknowledge reports. For critical issues (server down, security concerns), please tag an admin for faster attention.

Types of Bugs

We welcome reports for: gameplay bugs, store or checkout issues, plugin errors, connection problems, and leaderboard or stat tracking issues. Exploit reports are especially appreciated and may be rewarded.

What Happens Next

We will review your report and may ask for additional information. Fixes are prioritized by severity. We may not reply to every report individually, but all are logged and considered. Thank you for helping improve RUSTUGA!
