Service Description

RUSTUGA provides a community-run Rust game server and an in-game store where players can purchase VIP kits, cosmetics, and other digital items. Our services are provided "as is" and we strive to maintain uptime and quality.

Account & Purchases

Purchases made through our store are delivered in-game. You must provide a valid Steam ID for delivery. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not exploit bugs, use cheats or hacks, harass other players, or violate our Server Rules. Violations may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of purchased items without refund.
